While Hurrucane Helene decimated Florida’s west coast, Cliff Gephart and Scott Benjamin became victims of this disaster. Watching countless devastated families not knowing where to turn being taken advantage of by unethical companies they decided to make a difference. Cliff and Scott spent nearly a year researching EVERY possible solution of flood prevention, proper remediation techniques and fair budget based restoration.

Cliff and Scott were heavily involved in real estate, construction, rehabilitation and renovations before Hurricane Helen but since have decided to dedicate their efforts going forward to families in need during times of disaster.
